John Kulisek | Senior Vice President of Content Development
Before John Kulisek turned 25 he was managing upwards of $20,000,000 in revenue and a sales team who had been in his industry longer than he was on Earth. After nearly two decades in the trenches as a front line salesperson, sales manager and corporate executive, he has a unique perspective on business.
At present, John is President and CEO of The Norben Group, a sales and consulting firm based in the United States with partners and suppliers in China, Hong Kong and Thailand. He is the youngest Member ever elected to the American Floral Industry Association’s Board of Directors, and is a Member of The NYU Stern Business School Alumni’s Executive Forum. He served as a Delegate to the South Carolina Democratic Party at their 2004 Convention and co-founded and is the Chief Investment Officer of Kulisek Capital Management. He has been quoted on managerial issues by national publications such as ABC News, the Wall Street Journal and NFIB Smartbrief as well as many trade and industry magazines.
John and his wife Pamela have two children, Zachary and Ariana, and reside in Virginia Beach, VA. John was educated at New York University and is currently enrolled in the University of London’s Royal Holloway School of Management.
John was born and raised in Newburgh, New York, where, as a self-confident 11-year-old Little League catcher, he met Sean O'Neil, a below-average pitcher, took him under his wing, and helped make Sean the most prolific home run pitcher in Newburgh Little League history. Their numerous conferences on the mound – almost all of which were initiated by John – produced the impetus for their partnership.
