Leading Lawyers™ is a comprehensive, practical leadership program designed to formally assess, train and develop law firm associates aspiring to be partners.
As lawyers rise in seniority, they find themselves responsible for staffing matters and for the work product of a number of junior associates, as well as their own. Some lawyers make this transition seamlessly, relying on intuition or good mentors; but most rely on trial and error to figure out “what works,” often at the expense of efficiency and client satisfaction.

From Needs to Results: the One to One Process
All of One to One’s training solutions are fully customized to your organization’s unique needs and culture. Our results-based approach ensures that our training will deliver the measurable improvements intended. We work closely with you to identify developmental needs, define the outcomes that will constitute success, deliver solutions to achieve those outcomes and then measure and report on the results.
Step One: Gather Information and Identify Needs
Our approach to customized training solutions goes beyond traditional needs analysis. We learn your specific goals for performance improvement, collaborate with you to identify exactly what you want to see your people doing differently or better on the job, and determine how we will measure the results of training in terms of these goals. In addition, we immerse ourselves in your company’s culture to learn your unique goals, challenges, and common practices. As a result, our facilitators can interact with your managers in the language they speak on the job every day.
Step Two: Design and Implement Customized Solutions
After identifying your training needs and defining the results of a successful intervention, we work with you to customize solutions that will best suit your audience.
